I'm extremely pleased with item, more important my daughter likes it also. Very easy to handle. Folds flat enough to be able to store it in a closet. All of the necessities are covered with this chair; from easy clean up after eating to rocking baby to sleep. It is a definite must have for all parents. I love it. Order was received in 1 day.

Don't shop here if you don't want headaches. I brought an Eddie Bauer High Back Summit Booster car seat, and was shipped a used seat along with an old shoe. The seat was covered with juice and there was no manual and no registration form. When I called to exchange for a NEW one, they did shipped me a new one, but with parts (belt guides and mesh bag) missing. I called them to ask "what is the use of a booster seat without a belt guide?', and they told me to call Eddie Bauer to purchase the belt guides myself. So I ended up having to return a second time. Two weeks, two returns, six phones calls, no booster seat, and one angry mother. Trust me you would not want to shop from this site.

I ordered a Jeep Wrangler Umbrella Stroller 55100JC from BabyAge.com. This model was not in our local stores and was more expensive on another site. Ordering was easy with $3.95 flat rate shipping. Ordered late Wednesday night, it arrived at my door (in South Carolina) on Saturday by FedEx. The stroller was exactly as pictured and in perfect condition, and we are very satisfied.

I was very hesitant to place an order as there were some negative reviews of this site... However, I could not be happier with the service I received from BabyAge. I sent them an email for clarification of product information (late in the evening), and received a reply the next afternoon. I then placed my order late on a Friday afternoon and my stroller was waiting on my doorstep when I got home on Tuesday evening. I saved $70 on the stroller, and the overnight shipping was only $3.95. I'd definitely shop here again!

They don't have the best per item price but with their $3.95 flat shipping rate, things even out with their lowest priced competitor. Great tracking system (fedex) & delivery.
