Website stated item was in stock and would be shipped that same day. I was notified and given a tracking number however, the item was never shipped. When I inquired, I received a blank email with 'backorder' in the subject line. I was not notified of the backorder status of this item. I needed the item and was not able to order from another website in time because I was expecting it from this site. Very disappointed.

Shopping, payment and making additions to an existing order was simple and easy. Products I ordered are on back order, which Babyage.com is not at fault for. I think Babyage.com is a little sketchy by not specifying if their products are in or out of stock, it is almost misleading.

I still have not received my order. Order place on 1/16 & Called on 1/22 to track; was advised that it will not be shipped until 2/27 - I was very disappointed as I didn't think it would take that long to deliver. I ordered the rest of the items the same day from a different merchant, and received my order on 1/21. Not satisfied at all with the time it takes to receive the products.

I was happy with this merchant because they offered free shipping. However, when I received my package, it was in a REALLY gross box labeled medical supplies. Then, on the inside, it had some unidentifiable "goo" all over everything. The packing slip was saturated in this goo and it had gotten all over the plastic package containing the changing table covers. At $29 a pop, I figured they would come in better condition. The yuck of the box did not damage the integrity of the item; however, due to the nature of the box (a medical box) unidentifiable substance, I was really grossed out.
Other than that, it was a good experience.
