I ordered a Little Tikes Basketball Hoop on a Sunday when the screen said they were in stock and would ship in 1 day. The first time I called about my order status on Wednesday, they said it would ship on Friday. On Friday, I called and was told it was on backorder, and they didn't know when it would ship. I wish the Baby Age website would show my order status as more than just "approved", so I wouldn't have to call to check my status.

I was really impressed with the price and loved the low shipping. My only problem would be with the condition of the box when the car seat arrived. This is a christmas present and I'm ashamed of the box. On the bright side, the car seat didn't seem to be damaged even though the box looks like someone beat it with a baseball bat.

After reading some of the online reviews, I'll admit I was hesitant about shopping at this online store. Luckily, I took a chance on a GREAT price AND GREAT brand child's car seat and the item was shipped and delivered as promised. The only complaint I have, well actually TWO complaints are these:
1. The item was shipped in its original box yet the packing slip was inside (telling me it had been opened).
2. When it arrived, it appeared that UPS had slammed the box down (HARD) and it was leaning to one side and hade a HUGE rip (torn around TWO sides continuous) and had been taped up with clear packing tape. It was hard to tell if this was truly UPS's fault or that it was this way at BabyAge and shipped because of its condition. (I'd contend that no one would buy this if it was sitting on a store shelf),
The seat was undamaged though and it an EXCELLENT fit in my pickup!
Thank you for this opportunity to voice my opinion and experience!
