Very impressed with the low cost of shipping; that is the main reason I purchased the product on-line rather than waiting to find it in a store. I was also very happy with the short amount of time it took from the time I placed the order to the time I received the product. I have never ordered off the internet and gotten my order so quickly.

The customer service rep was very rude. She was not helpful at all. The company said they would inform me if the product was not in stock. I never got an E-mail or call telling me it wasn't in stock. I had to make the follow up 5 days after the order. I ended up ordering a different style.

the table was marked up in places. we are keeping the table because we wanted it for our son birthday and we didn't want to send it back and wait for another. it was also missing some washers and the tool bag was open and the screws were all over the package. the table looks great, i can fix the damage, but i was disappointed that it was damage, i think it should have been packed better

Placed order on Aug. 31/07. Received E-mail on Sept. 5/07, which ended up in my junk mail inbox. E-mail stated that due to a recent increase in fraud, Babyage requires additional information prior to shipping for security reasons. Please call at your earliest convenience. Called on Sept. 6/07, and was informed that my order had been cancelled. Could renew order if I would supply additional information regarding my credit card and the bank. As we are grandparents and babysit our grandchildren beginning with the new school year, we needed the gate immediately. I left the order cancelled and decided to buy the gate at Canadian Tire in Canada, although it would cost me approximately $20.00 more.

I am very pleased with my purchase. BabyAge had the car seat for a cheaper price shipped to my door than other retailers had it in their store. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to call to finish my order between 9am and 5pm. My brother bought this for my baby-to-be and used my info so that I could track it. Therefore, BabyAge asked me to call them, so I did during a break from work. Then after waiting on hold, they did not need me to call, but rather they needed by brother to call. Thankfully, he was able to call and the order shipped that day.
