My only problem was that the car seat did not come with the appropriate User Manual. I have tried to contact the manufacturer three times and have been unsuccessful. We are unsure how to install the car seat without this information - and the baby is due any day. It is very frustrating.

I will never shop with Baby Age again. Their return policy is ridiculous and the customer service people are rude. There are plenty of other places to get the same stuff.
