Everything was great. The only thing that would be nice is if babyage could have the customer sign for the item instead of having something left on the porch. I dont feel comfortable if i am spending money and having it delivered ups and it is just set on my porch. So signature confirmation would be nice! Luckily i live in a good neighborhood, but that would suck if i did not.

The only thing that I had a problem with was their packaging. It was terrible!!! I'm surprised that the item was OK. The box was huge with no packing materials in it. The box was almost totally destroyed. It had no support at all.

I use BabyAge whenever possible. They may be a few dollars more than the cheapest price on the web, but their flat shipping rate of $5.95 for your ENTIRE ORDER more than compensates for the price difference. For example, one company was a few dollars cheaper on the Step2 Water Table, but their was a shipping surcharge of $20 dollars. I receive merchandise from BabyAge a few days after I order it. I think this is a terrific company.

It was great. I looked up the car seats and it had very good information on the car seat we ended up getting. I did have to look at other sites to compare prices and to get crash test ratings on it though. I will shop here again if I need anything else though. I also liked the flat rate shipping charge others were asking $20 or $30 for shipping

Shipping was very much faster than I had expected! Ordered late Sunday evening and the seat was here early Tuesday morning. Less than two full days! Package was completely intact. I had to go away for the weekend before I could adjust the seat to my granddaughter's height. I will do that tomorrow when I see her.
The only disappointment was in the manufacturing in that she has to ride in the front passenger seat in my Blazer where there is a seatbelt/shoulderharness. In my full sized Blazer, it would have been nice to have the LATCH (?)
hook-up because shoulder harnesses aren't included in the back seat because the back seat folds down in the truck.... unless I'm misunderstanding what the LATCH (?) attachment is.
It's very nicely made. Great service on getting it out and getting it here.
