I ordered the product on April 24 and it has still not shipped, this in my opinion is unacceptable when the Web site states, "1-2 weeks for deliver". Then when I e-mailed their contact us department all I received was "I'm sorry" nothing about refunding my shipping charges or offering a discount on my next order or they'll correct their Web site...I won't shop here again. Shopping at Baby Universe was quick and easy! The excellent organization of products made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for quickly. I was very pleased to find a number of products that are hard to find in department stores. The low shipping rates are amazing! My order came in three packages from three separate shipping points but all I paid in shipping was $6.50.
