I ordered an item that ended up being smaller then I wanted and returned it with no problems at all. I exchanged it for the size I needed with no problems and got free shipping both times. I had questions on the product and got a hold of customer service quickly and easily and they answered my questions and even went above the call of duty and talked with one of their reps. to be sure. It's nice to come across a company who runs business for the customer and not just the money. I will look here first before I buy any where else.

Received the articles in less time than indicated (about 1 week from Utah to NC). Order tracking was through UPS and they seem to update their web info erratically. Nonetheless, I was happy with the speed of delivery and the condition and quality of the merchandise.

Product was ordered on a Saturday and wasn't shipped until Tuesday. I emailed Backcountrystore.com and asked why it hadn't shipped on time. They apologized and credited my card for the shipping. I will shop at their store again.
