Very good product descriptions, great product selection (especially since I couldn't find them locally) and very prompt service.
The only suggestion is that items say "In stock" rather than only indicating the items are out of stock or backordered. Everything was in stock.

THIS IS THE BEST RUN ORGANIZATION I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I WAS ACTUALLY CONTACTED BY A REPRSENTATIVE ABOUT THE SHIPPING. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW HIGH IT WAS GOING TO BE, AND THE LADY THAT CALLED ME FOUND A WAY TO GET IT MUCH, MUCH LOWER. I'VE NEVER KNOWN A STORE TO HELP ANYONE LIKE THAT! GREAT, GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

My overall experience with Bass Pro was good. Some items that were on sale/clearance could not be found or sales reps were not sure they were in stock or not. Boxes of arrows that had been opened and cut down were still in with the unopened boxes and had full price on them still. That area could be a little more organized. The clerk that was adding accessories to a bow, did not know how to properly install them. Need better trained reps for Archery Dept..
