Getting the correct shoe size had to be done online bacause the store didn't have it. The problem with the receipt of the item was more of a problem with the Post Office rather than Bass Pro Shops.

They were able to take care of the order with no problems, and when the merchandise arrived with some missing pieces do to a torn or poorly taped box they contacted the supplier to replace the missing parts. They should be arriving any time now. So I feel that they did everything that they could to make it right.

No tracking through USPS. Need to update how they track shipments so the customer knows when the shipment will arrive. Also, my shipment took over 5 days, when it should have only been 2 to 3. Bottom line they need to work on shipping and the information to the customer.
