I paid $15 extra for 3-day shipping. I intended to use the product on the 4th day. Due to a holiday weekend, the merchandise took 6 days to arrive, and I could not use it when I needed it. I could have had the same delivery time without paying the extra $15. Bass Pro Shops should have alerted me of this fact prior to shipping so I could choose another shipping method. I feel I should be refunded the $15, as I did not get what I paid for.

Not only was this my first time ordering online but also shopping at Bass Pro Shop. Even though I received an email that one item I ordered was on back order I received another email within a couple of day stating it had been shipped. Considering this was a Christmas present I was most pleased when both items arrived before Christmas.
I would like to "Thank" Bass Pro Shops for their wonderful customer service and in keeping the consumer informed on the status of their order.

Ordered fishing rod. First one received was damaged (rod guides broken off)via UPS. Second one received broken totaly into two pieces via FEDEX, also unable to track FEDEX order while in transit. The third try....rod received in good condition via UPS air, FINALY. Very pleased with rod after I was able to get it in one piece. Problem was not BASS PRO, but shipper.
