It would have been nice to know that the treestand would be backordered prior to making the purchase. It was a day later when I received the email that is was on backoeder. I have yet to receive it.

This is the easiest way for me to shop at Bass Pro Shops since the nearest one is 4 hours away. The on-line catalog is very user friendly and I can find whatever I am looking for quickly. Once you establish an account it is really too easy. Thanks Bass Pro Shop,

I am not sure whom is to blame on this, I received one package that was suppose to have 6 lures in it, it only had 2. There were three other items on back order, I have received 2 or the 3. I was told I should have had the third item but have not yet received. The first box had what looked to me like been re-taped? It may have just been sent that way so not sure if items were lost in shipping or not put in the box to begin with. I ordered these lures on I think 10-03-06, it is now 10-25-2006 and I still do not have my order. I should ahve went to the sporting goods but it is a ways away and I have had good louck with BassPro but I am having second thoughts about any more. My daughters jsut purchased a $120 gift card for me to Bass Pro but I may just keep it for who knows how long till I can drive to a Bass Pro. The closest one to me I think is Las Vegas which is like over 500 miles so not sure what I will do...Maybe I am hoping this was just a fluke deal. I wanted or needed teh lures sooner, where I live the bass were doing the top water bite before fall set in, now the water has cooled and they ahve went deeper, guess the lures will work next year..thanks.

Listing the units as in-stock or backordered on the website would be more helpfull. I did not find out that 2 pieces I ordered were back ordered until the shipping notification went out. Granted your trying to keep people from going to another merchant, which they are likely to do if you don't have something in stock. But I guarrantee you that most people that order somehting that is not marked as back-ordered only to find out that it is will not come back. Especialy if time is short for their order. Time was not short for my order so it was just an inconvenience.

Very nice. Had seen products on web site 2-3 months ago that were no longer available. Should have a disclaimer that states this product may only be available for a limited time so people know how long items will be on the web. Products were packaged great and delivery was extremely quick. Thank you

Bass Pro shipped the item the next day, but it took 2 weeks for me to receive the shipment. I was very pleased with the merchendise. I have shopped on line before, and we go to the Bass Pro in Sevierville at least twice a month. My only complaint was that it took 2 weeks for merchendise to arrive, but this was the fault of the post office, not Bass Pro.

We have not heard anything about the order. Just recived the bill. I did not know that I had to pay for the item
before I get it. Customer service said that is how this was
if I wanted to know anything about shipping I had to contact the shipping co myself. They did not have a phone # just an email address. today is three weeks. I understand that it was going to take a longer time for this to be shipped 5 to 8 week. I just did not know that I would be billed & expected to pay for it before I even know that it is shipped much less have it. This has been a problem from the word go. I went to the NEW store in San Antonio, Tx. only to be told they did not carry this item in the store.
The only way to get it was internet, and now this is what I get the bill before It is even shipped. Thanks for nothing.
I will not be ording anything from you again anytime soon !!!

I have shopped Bass Pro for years and I have had only two problems with them. One problem was I had two gift cards for 50.00 each and ordered merchandise to cover these and never received. Bass Pro computer system crashed and stupid me destroyed the gift cards after placing order. Call bass pro and they would do nothing about it. The other problem which they corrected was not receiving a order 14 days after placing. Other then these two problems, is the only problems I have had.
