i found what i was looking for. i ordered it and the shipping was supposed to be in 2-3 weeks. it only took a week or less. very good service and i got what i was looking for.

A great shop to buy from over here in New Zealand. Bass Pro Shops are the best. No split orders, every lure I ordered came in the same shipment, unlike some of their opposition in the USA. Merry Xmas to all, and see you next year. graeme clark.

ordered heavy duty floor mats for front & rear seats. had to be shipped from the manufacturer, I was told it would take two weeks, it only took a few days from when I placed the order so I was pleasantly surprised when I received them so soon.

Shopping at Bass Pro Shops is a pleasure. They have a very good selection of products, and in this case were less expensive than the competitors on a specialty boat cover that I could only find on-line for my flats boat.

Customer service 3 times:
1st time: Telephone- shipping info for internet order -POOR
2nd time: Telephone- trying to find the second half of my order, FedEx part arrived per instruction, Postal Service portion did not arrive until 2 plus weeks late.
3rd action of customer service finally "MADE THINGS HAPPEN".
