Overall--transaction was good, but a little slow to arrive.
However, after watching one of the fishing videos I called 1-800-BASS-PRO to order a catalogue, and the guy on the phone was very rude like I was an annoyance; he rushed me to get off the phone almost to the point he was insinuating that I was stupid. If I received that kind of treatment face-to-face, then he and I would've "had words" to say the least.

I have bought from BassPro before and was content with the service.Whatever is changed,they did not even bother to give me an explanation for why they did not ship my goods.
I bought my fishfinder from Boatersland and they were promt to ship it in 24 hrs.
