The only problems I had, was that bass pro shop points weren't accepted online, no where to enter your #. Also the toastie toes and gloves that were ordered, a backorder notice and "will not be re ordered" arrived after Christmas.

I ordered two cap mounted led lights. One was ok but the other was missing the battery cover. This had to be the mfg's fault as the packaging was intact when I received it. I immediately used the return to order a new one but have yet to receive it.

I have not received the order or the item or any communication regarding the item other than this survey. I have just returned from a trip and planned to try to contact the company on Jan 2. I would appreciate any help you could give me in getting a resolution. I DO want this item. I will not order another present on the internet from Bass Pro. I thought most companies had resolved this issue but it appears this company has not. I ordered several weeks before Xmas and would have expected a communication letting me know they could not deliver so I could make other arrangements. That did not happen.

It was easy to navigate the Bass Pro Shop website. I had never seen the item I was looking for and also was unsure of its real name but it brought it up immediately. Great Website, very user friendly even for novices of sporting goods like myself.
