I live in Alaska, many people here are in remote areas and only have a POBox. The faq says "i see you use fedex, i have a pobox, are other shipping methods available? yes" and when I called to ask about this, someone told me that just means shipping to an alternate nonpobox address. I figured he was mistaken, I submitted an order with a pobox address.
USPS costs less than the fedex required 2nd day delivery to Alaska. I was curious to see how my order was handled, since the ordering page did not change my selection of ground shipping to second day shipping, even though it was set to Alaska as the shipping destination.
Well, basically I figured somebody would email or call asking for a non-pobox address, either the company or fedex would notice. I was charged for ground shipping, recieved 2nd day shipping (which normally takes more than two days to Alaska) and I just followed the package and called in to Fedex to see what would happen. I told them to hold it at the local station, and I went to pick it up.
So, it was an interesting shopping experience for a curious person who just has to know...what if? Read more

Awesome merchant, order arrived 1 day earlier than expected. Packaging could be a bit better, they just put in the retail box with the video camera in with few air packs on the side to cushion any shipping damage, but I think they should have added peanuts, or at least something all around the product packaging. The price was great, lowest of anywhere I looked, even beat Ebay....and shipping was free!!! Be careful on the accessories though, some are rather expensive and you can get them for less someplace else. But they do ship the accessories free, so it may be worth it for some people, but do shop around. Overall A+ on my experience with them. Read more
