Never received the item. They had trouble verifying my credit card and address. I had to call a number of times and was lead on a wild goose chase trying to get my order processed.In the meantime, I ordered other items from other vendors and had no problems. What a headache. A week and a half went by and I finally just cancelled my order.

The shipping terms specified by Beach Camera were completely unacceptable and undesired. I was unable to receive the product on-time and without major hassle. I had to make two trips to Fed-Ex to finally receive my package as your shipping terms required my in-person signature. This is completely unacceptable as it makes the delivery of the product impossible. Due to my work schedule I am forced to drive to Fed-Ex to pick up the package with these options. I will never buy another product from you if these shipping terms remain intack. I want the product delivered in my requested terms (No sigurature required or at a drop-off with signed form is standard for most shipping praticies if this is not your standard shipping plan you should make it stand out and allow the customer to change it.) If I wanted to be forced to be in person to get the product I would have bought it at a store and not online.

The price of the item was the lowest I found from a reputable dealer. The web site was easy to use with very good descriptions of the merchandise and the recommended accessories was a useful feature. The order was promptly processed and delivered more quickly than promised.

Shopping was quick, easy and delivery was fast. However, I don't appreciate having no choice on shipment because I live in Hawaii. I tried to order some accessory items after my camera was delivered but again the charge for shipping was exorbitant.

The Website was a bit confusing, because it was difficult to add items to the order. There was no obvious "continue shopping" link from the cart, and navigating back to the accessories was difficult.
Shipping, however, was first-rate. I placed the order Thursday by ground delivery, and received it Friday evening. This is probably due to NJ's proximity to Maryland, but even so, that was pretty fast for free shipping.

Website was easy to use and informative. Ordering items I wanted was very easy and the order was shipped out the same day. FedEx did delay the delivery by 3 days - no fault of BeachCamera.com. Sales service representatives at BeachCamera.com were very helpful. One of my better on-line shopping experiences.
