I was extremely pleased with the process and with my purchase. My only disappointment was that when the camera arrived, the box the camera was in (not the external packaging) was damaged and appeared to have been opened, the tape had been pulled on the plastic bags containing the cables and instruction manual. All seemed fine, but it gives the impression that you are selling something that has been displayed or otherwise is not brand new. Read more
