I was disappointed to see that the order was shipped with a signature required. I did not know this at the time of the order. I don't see that this was necessary, and if deemed so, the shipper should have been allowed to leave the product with a signature on the card. I will think twice about an order the next time if that is the way it will be shipped.

This was so easy. After reading many reviews of Beach Camera, I felt comfortable ordering online. Once I placed the order, it was confirmed the next day and sent. I received my camera in 6 days and the shipping said 7-10 days. It was packaged very well. I will definately use Beach Camera again.

As far as my camera purchase, everthing was great. Very disapointed that your selection of all-in-one printers was as limited as it was. Bought a Canon MP730. If price was competitive, would have preferred dealing with Beach Camera.

Wonderful shopping experience. Great pricing and wonderful shipping. Once a tracking number was provided, was able to track package via FedEx website, but was not able to track my package under my account at BeachCamera website. Minor inconvience, but still a wonderful shopping experience. I would purchase from them again.

I ordered via the website on Thursday. Received order confirmation e-mail on Friday. Received order tracking number on Monday. Received the order on the following Friday (after a one day delay by FedEx due to a snow storm).
Camera and accesories were new in shrink wrapped manufacturer's packaging. All in good working order.
