I received a digital device to load pictures into the PC by inserting the camera memory card. It turned out to be the wrong one for my vamera. I called, got help and sent the wrong one back. NOw waiting for the correct one. No hassle so far. They were reachable on the first phone call.

This was first ever purchase from BeachCamera.com. I must say that I was rather pleased with my decision to buy from them. The price was the best I could find and they delivered exactly what I ordered. The only minor complaint I have is that they do not update their site with your order status. Although, they did email me when the order was shipped. Also, it took them 4 days to just ship my order from the day I ordered. But for the price it's fine with me. Something I must mention is that they called me to verify that I really ordered this camera because I had it shipped to an alternate address. I found this rather comforting knowing they took the time to verify everything was correct and someone just didn't steal my card and use it. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants a great price on a digital camera!
