It was easy to find the products that I was searching for. Their prices seemed very competetive. Their website is easy to use and fairly intuitive. The information they provide about shipping times is inaccurate. For example, they claimed that a certain type of FedEx service would take 5 to 10 days, but according to FedEx, that service only takes 2 to 5 days. The product arrived on time according to the shipping times that FedEx quoted. My only complaint is that their shipping charges seem a little too high. However, their low product pricing probably more than makes up for that. All in all it was a pleasant online shopping experience. Read more
