Professional, Secure, and quick. I received a call from them to ensure that our credit card wasn't being used wrongfully, so I consider Beach Camera a great place to shop with all the components and cameras needed to make a sound decision at great pricing, delivery, and quality. They also had the right bundle that made the purchase easy, vs. other web sites where their bundles didn't make much sense to consider.

I received my order sooner that expected. It came in good condition. Even tho there was a small delay because of a credit check, it still came when promised. It took just 5 days instead of ten like specified and it was shipped from the east coast to almost the west coast. I would definitely recommend BEACH CAMERA. I was very apprehensive to order from them because of the absolutely smokin deal price, they are almost $200 dollars less than the stores near us and also on the internet they were more than competitive. I have been tracking the Canon cameras for a while and found them on bizrate.com which consumers guide recomends for pricing. I would definately order from then again.

We received an email confirming our order which said another email would come with a FedEx tracking number. We didn't receive the second email, so 7 days later we called, their CSR said we would receive an email with tracking number that day, we did, and it shipped and is still on it's way here, so it's almost here. :)

They had what I wanted packaged at a very attractive price and delivery was very timely. When my credit card was refused for wrong exp date they sent an email which prompted me to make the needed change to the order and I only lost a day. Usually my mistakes are good for two or three days!!! Very pleased with this experience & would suggest them to everyone.

This was my first experience with Beach Camera and I was very satisfied with the experience. The order for my camera was placed by internet. No phone call was necessary. No sales pitch to buy extra accessories. confirmation of the order came withing 24hrs. Tracking was availble. The package arrived ahead of estimate.

The order status on their web page hasn't changed (ordered it Nov. 26th - it's now Dec. 12th and still don't know it's status). Called their 800 number, was on hold for 20 minutes then told (abruptly) to call back a different extension at 10:00am (it was 2 minutes to 10am). Called the extension (at the appropriate time), was put on hold for an hour before giving up. Send sales an email. Received an automated response to call them. No other information included. I suspect they don't have what I want in stock but it would be nice to be told that immediately rather than wasting my time...

I received my Panasonic PVDV203 later than expected. It worked about 15 minutes then would not focus. The Beach Camera return policy states that defective merchandise can not be returned but sent to the repair center. This is upsetting because Panasonic will not give you a new camera--you have to work it out with the company you purchased the camcorder. If Panasonic should has a defective camera they should figure out something with its customers if they want repeat business. We bought Panasonic because our first VHS-C was great--but at this moment I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase from Beach Camera or Panasonic
