It took longer than I expected for items to be shipped. One item did arrive in a relative short time. Second item took much too long.
FedEx tracking is not as accurate as UPS. Wrong expected delivery dates were on each item. However, they arrived a day early. But, if you have to be home to sign, it's best to know the correct deleivery day.

Absolutely first rate experience. I was well informed throughout, and got the product as promised. As a matter of fact, my order was processed between Christmas and New Years and I chose ground shipping, but the vender shipped the product by air to ensure the estimated delivery date. The bill was exactly as estimated, good communication by email and there is no call back to confirm the order where a salesman pressures the buyer to purchase additional assessories. I originally attempted to buy this item through another vendor but had a poor experience which resulted in a sale cancellation not to mention the uneasy feeling of having givin out my credit card number in the process.
