This experience has been a complete disaster. They were quick to take my money, however they could care less if I receive my items. I placed my order on 06/30/07. It supposedly left their warehouse on 07/05/07. Here it is 07/22/07 and I have still NOT RECEIVED the merchandise I ordered. I have attempted to contact Big Fitness and there has been no response.

I was unable to track the progress of my package, as it was delivered via common carrier. I did not know until the day before the delivery was made that my package had even shipped. It was not a big issue at all, and will not deter me from buying from bigfitness.com again.

When I put together my blaze bowflex I realized at the very end that the handles were missing to the machine. They were suppose to be welded to the bar, but weren't there! I had to call and get the bar with the handles sent to me & now have to take almost the entire machine apart (90%) to put the new bar and handles back on, when they get here. Product quality of the T-bar was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Among the worst quality I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of so-so quality, having retailed imported low priced machinery from Asia in the 70's. This thing was really bad!!~
The lifting gloves were as expected and of good quality.
