They are very deceptive and misleading in their info about shipping. I paid a lot of extra money to have it delivered second-day. However, the ultra fine print, that you have to search high and low for, says it's second-day once they give it to UPS - which essentially means it could take 5-6 days to get to you. I ordered on mid-Wednesday and received it the following Tuesday. They of course refuse to refund any of the shipping cost due to their misleading! Not worth it! I'll never do business with them again!!!

I bought a book at bookcloseouts.com intending to use it as a Christmas gift. It arrived battered and bruised -- probably because of inadequate packaging. Otherwise its condition prior to shipping was not as described. My e-mail describing the condition of the book elicited no response except an automated receipt. I would give this seller an F and will avoid them in future.

Good condition books. Great prices. Very fast. Summaries of books are very good so if you go in shopping for a book on a subject, this site can help you choose one. This site is best for books published within the last few years as it appears to get all books from overstock.
