I would rate the customer service as being very very poor. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a girl can make, and although this site guarantees to refund or exchange your gown within 48 hours if you do not like it, that is not true. My recommendation is to shop at a boutique and choosing your gown designer and style and trying on for your sizing before hand so you can be sure that what you are receiving is going to fit you, because although they say they exchange, they don't!!! There is always a loophole for them. Several web searches I have done on this company have showed a lot of bad experiences reported, don't be fooled by the glowing feedback they leave on their website.
