I tried to order a Panasonic DVD player from this company, which advertised on shopping.com that it is in stock. I never got a shipping confirmation, but instead several days later I got a phone call to double check my order. Several days after that I got an e-mail saying the item is now out-of-stock and they cancelled my order. But online their ad still says it's in-stock! This "trusted" company can be trusted to do nothing except waste your time and cause you aggravation.

As an avid internet shopper for business supplies, I must say Business-Supply.com has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of delivery, selection and pricing. Although it is not the mother of all office supply shops, your many of your office needs can be met here.

I have toggled back between Staples, Office Depot, Viking & OfficeMax primarily for their sales and coupons. However, Business-Supply.com will now be my regular supplier in my office so I won't need to wait for a coupon codes since their pricing is competitively fair. For us in NY, free shipping AND no tax allows for substantial savings. Also, the company offers occasional freebies and discounts from time to time. It's just a shame that I didn't discover this company sooner and my order came the next day!

The website was pretty simple, and I had a relatively easy time finding the products I was looking for.  Could have been a little bit easier to find suitable toner to match my printer (they offer a lot of compatible brands, but it takes some time to narrow down to the correct options).  But all-in-all, a simple search and checkout process.

I was amazed when the UPS guy showed up at my door with this complete order, the next morning at 10:16 a.m.

I'm now a customer of Business-Supply, instead of just a shopper.
