I had a difficult time finding the refills for my pens elsewhere but Business-Supply has them and in more than one color. I found them by a google search but have bookmarked them. YOu can't go wrong here-and the free shipping was a bonus.

Great shopping experience: They had the product I wanted to purchase at a fair price, the product was shipped and received in a timely fashion, and shiping was free because my order was more than $25.

This was a great store, I found what I was looking for easily, and the ordering system was easy. They offer the advantage of free shipping on orders over $25. If your order is bellow that than shipping is only around $5, and this is for UPS ground. But they have shipping centers all around the country so it normally ships from somewhere close to you, and thus should only take a day or 2 to get to you. The tracking system was good and easy to get to, but wasn't up on the site until 1 day after the items shipped which can sometimes be a lot of time. Amazing shopping overall.

When I placed my order I anticipated a wait of at least a week to ten days. However, I had my order within three days. This was excellent service. I would only have one suggestion and that is that packing material be a little bit better. Ink cartridge package was slightly damaged. I wasn't quite sure why the two items arrived in two separate packages rather than in just one--thus saving shipping costs. However, I was extremely delighted with the efficiency with which my order was handled.

the only thing I did not like was that when my order arrived, it came in two boxes-one for the map, and another box for a one page one-sided fyler. extremely wasteful!
