Loved the proactive emails!!!
Received one that said, "We have received your order."
Also received one that said, "Your order has shipped."
It had a link so I could track my shipment via UPS and know exactly when I would receive it. Very nice! Very painless! Wish everyone did this!

Everything was fine except the description of the item. The monitor stand was listed as "Adjustable," and it is not. It is stackable, but that requires the purchase of additional units.

These guys did everything right. Web site reasonably easy to navigate. Prices substantially better than big-box office supply stores. S&H tolerable (flat rate for orders under $45, otherwise free) and disclosed in advance. Order shipped on time and delivered next business day. The only thing they could have improved would have been to offer to let me pick up the order, since they shipped from a warehouse only a couple miles away.
