I payed way to much for this fan I could have bought it From a store cheaper. I had exspected better quaity. I will never Buy a Fan like this again.

This isn't really anything on the customer service end, but I think Business-Supply should take a look at their shipping procedures.
They used far more boxes, and much larger boxes, than necessary to ship my order. They used one box to ship the mousepad and desktop organizer, and then they used another box of equal size to ship a single small box of paperclips.
There has to be a cheaper way for them to ship their products.
Other than that, this has been a fantastic company to buy from, and I've already recommended them to several people.
