Great prices and got items right away.
Only problem is that after an item is placed on the shopping cart and you continue shopping it takes you back to the start page and you have to retrace the path if let's say you wanted a blue pen now in addition. Would be nice to have the prompt go back to the page with the products.

Order arrived very fast, however, I got one item, I didn't order. They were willing to correct by e-mail. I hope I get the thing I wanted. This was a very small order, and maybe not worth the effort to buy on-line.

Their web site said they had the Patton Ceramic Heater. After going through the order process, somebody emailed me to say that the merchandise is out of stock and can not be delivered. Maybe it was an isolated case of them having an item that was not updated in the website.

I REGRET THAT THIS WILL PERHAPS BE A ONE TIME TRANSACTION WITH BUSINESS-SUPPLY ONLY BECAUSE THIER FAST SERVICE IS A RARITY WHEN MAKING INTERNET PURCHASES. I ORDERED ON A FRIDAY MORNING. I HAD A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING NUMBER THAT EVENING.I ACCEPTED DELIVERY THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTERNOON.
SINCE 1999, I HAVE SPENT AN AVERAGE OF $150 EACH MONTH BY WAY OF THE INTERNET AND MANY IS THE TIME THAT I MAKE A TRANSACTION WITH A BUSINESS CONCERN THAT LEAVES ONE TO WONDER WHO IS SERVING AND WHO IS BEING SERVED. THAT HOWEVER WAS NOT THE CASE WITH BUSINESS-SUPPLY.

I did not receive an email when the product was shipped, nor was there any tracking information available to track the progress of the shipment.
However, the shipment did arrive quickly and in good condition.
