I read all the mixed reviews and decided to try it anyway since my daughter really wanted the elf costume and I had plenty of time in case something went wrong. Fortunately, the costume was exactly as described and I had no problems with shipping and delivery. I was notified the day after I ordered that the item had shipped and received it less than a week later. I really appreciated the description of the product. It said the costume ran small and gave measurements which helped me decide to order the larger size (it's a bit big, but better that than too small). Also, it was noted in red letters that the hat ran small, so no surprises there either. The one area I would caution people is that you have to check the details of your order before you click to send it. I looked at the next size down and somehow that was the size that ended up on the order page. Just do your part and double check before you send and you should be fine.

I was told when I placed my order 10/21 that the costume I wanted was in stock and ready to ship and would go out that same day.. guaranteed delivery the day BEFORE Halloween. The website continued to show that the costume had not been shipped, so I called, two different times to check on it.. both times on hold for more than 30 minutes (I stopped counting). They assured me both times that the website was just not updated and that the costume would be here on time guaranteed. The DAY BEFORE Halloween I got an email stating that the costume was not in stock, would not be, and kindly refrain from calling them because there was nothing they could do about it. I have ONE DAY to find a costume for my son when everything in stores is sold out. I would NEVER EVER recommend using this store to anyone.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Paid extra for 2-3day shipping, two weeks later i received my merch. Was hung up on SEVERAL TIMES when I called to report this. FINALLY got someone to overnight it to us. My three-year old almost missed out on Halloween. I will NEVER use them again. And to top it all off, the accessories we got to go with her pirate costume were awful!! The sword was broken, the eye patch was torn, my 'rhinestone' eyepatch had stones missing - complete and utter CRAP!
