I ordered a copy of MS Office 2003 from buypcsoft.com on a Thursday afternoon about 2pm. I had an email later that afternoon stating that the product had been packed and ready for a FedEx pickup that same afternoon (including the tracking #). On the 2nd business day (Monday) I received the order. (I opted for the FedEx 3-Day Express Saver shipping. Because I live in FedEx's main hub city, that probably shaved a day off my expected delivery time.)
A quick turnaround was what I needed and what I got from buypcsoft.com. I'd gladly do business with them again.

I wish I had the experience most of these folks have had. Had to return 2 different unopened products. Still waiting two months later for credits. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.
Purchased $180.00 product through eBay and paid through PayPal. The product never arrived. Multiple attempts through both email and by telephone were never answered.
This has been a deal loss and a waste of time. Run away from these guys like they have the plague.
