I think CD universe is a bit more difficult to find the products that I want compare to other websites I have found. I want it to be more conducive to find on the ecommerce. In terms of pricing on the product, it is found to be reasonable. An arrangment of shipment is quite right. Read more

Everything was going very well, until the item was shipped. For some reason, CDUniverse botched my address on the shippment while the order was correctly placed (verified by me). I e-mailed the issue to CDUniverse and I felt that the blame & correction efforts was being put on me in the response from CDUniverse. I was shocked at the response, I fired off another e-mail saying I was not responsible and stated if delivery was not made to the address I would file a claim with my credit card company to refute charges. I did get the package, but even the correction to the shipping address was wrong again. My confidence in CDUniverse is at a low. Read more
