Placed order via internet on a Tuesday, they didn't ship it out until the following Monday. No explanation or tracking info was available for days. Sent email inquiry per their instructions about order status but didn't receive a response for 3 business days. Additionally, Compuplus.com does not have a wide selection of delivery options. Cheapest option was 14.00 for two day delivery. Suggest having a surface option. Read more

I have done business at compuplus for eight years and the service has always been great. One time I had a defective part ,which wasn't compuplus's fault and I had the replacement fed exed to me before I returned defective item. The prices are the best on internet. I have recomended compuplus to about 30 friends who also think this is one of the best sights on net. I have even been in bestbuy and told people about compuplus and they were heading home to check it out.
