I was surprised to find some items that I wasn't even sure existed. I had been looking for a water cooler that made ice cubes, and your site was the only one I found it on. We ended up buying a straight ice maker instead. It works great for us. We live in the country where all we have is well water. I had read a few less-than-good reports, but they were from over a year ago. I was surprised at the great condition on arrival. I wouldn't complain about the earlier than listed arrival date, except I was at work. Fortunately - I had a neighbor that called, and signed the mandatory invoice for several hundred dollars worth of equipment. They need to notify people when they're early - I took the wrong day off. I shopped around and Compact Appliance had the best prices. They shipped it on time and had tracking available. The only change I would make is the ice maker was not boxed and was a gift so when it arrived my dad knew what his gift was because there was a picture of it on the box. Read more
