Received wrong printer took an insane amount of wasted time to get a refund and then was still incorrect and then took more wasted time to get it right and have still yet to receive my full refund. Be sure to read all the reviews you can about this company, look online do a search in google for compuvest and read the reviews they are theives and someone needs to put a stop to it. Do not take my word for it just read the reviews yourself before you become a victim like the rest of us.

My order was delivered on time and complete. Customer service by phone after I placed my order online was useful and fast in processing it. I would recommend them.

Crappy customer service! Delivery was quick but their website was never updated with tracking information. Calling for help was almost as difficult... they ask you to leave message and you hope they call you back (never within 30 minutes like they promise.) Was shipped in 3 different packages, none of which contained a packing slip, nor was I told it would come in 3 shipments. Ordered case and motherboard from them but the two were incompatible... they didn't notice this or ever inform me when the order was placed (or afterward) and couldn't remedy it afterwards. Despite giving them my order number with every email, they still needed to ask what items I ordered. Apparently order numbers are useless to them. Realize that my order may have just "slipped through the cracks" but they won't get another "crack" at my business.

The price was great, product in excellent condition and well packaged. Good customer service on the phone. I bought a Western Digital Raptor 36,7 GB Hard Drive.

This is the first time that I have deal with Compuvest but it will not to be the last. I received what I ordered. Excellent product and delivery speed. A good company to deal with.

Their customer service was very helpful. Both over the internet and over the phone. The price was right and I have had no problems from them. Will check here before purchasing elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE !!!
I ordered two Logitech Communicate STX webcams. They were advertised as NEW but were REFURBISHED. They were sent in a plain box with no manuel and the DVD had no writing on it. The tag on the cords was cut in half and according to the Logitech company that indicates refurbished equipment. I should have checked reviews on other sites before ordering and after reading those negative reviews won't bother trying to return. Fool me once... I just hope that the webcams continue to work.   

Excellent! I ordered a very hard to find older video card from CompuVest last week. Great price! Received package 1 day earlier than expected! Card runs like a champ and was new as advertised. I will do business with them again.

This store is not to be trusted.
I ordered a brand new Hard drive online. I received a used unit in a plain box that was clearly scratched, the status light did not work, it was missing the software and and the USB transfer cable and the converter had been written on with a black marker. I contacted the people at customer service and sent them photos of the unit to show that it was definitely not new and that I wanted to have a new one delivered. I had to resend the unit, at my cost, only to find out after repeated enquiries that they would refund my purchase price.
These are definitely not reputable people since they obviously tried to pass me a used unit for new, when it did not work, they did not even try to find a new unit for me and excused themselves by crediting my account, without reimbursing me the cost of shipping for my troubles!
I looked at their web site afterwards and they have relisted the Hard Drive they sent me under 'manufacturer refurbished'!!! I would not give more than 20$ for this drive... buyer beware!
