Compuvest did a fine job of keeping me informed on the order process and providing me with a tracking number. The motherboard was well packaged and arrived with no damage.

Packed very well. Arrived on time, exactly as promised, and equipment was exactly as advertised (brand-new). I am looking forward to doing business with them again.

The $300 nVidia graphics card sold as new arrived with a broken factory seal, and new sticker applied over the old one. Not knowing who opened the magnetic envelope, or why, I returned the card but CompuVest charged a $60 (15%) restocking fee, and failed to refund shipping either way.

So far they have refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, or to make good on the balance of a refund totaling almost $100.
