We recently had the opportunity to purchase some computer equipment through Computers4Sure at work. We needed a specific printer and they were the ones with the best overall price. I will try to give you my experiences with this company.

I recieved my order a day ahead of schedule. In good condition. A helpfull hint for displaying electronics that will help then sell better. I did not see a picture of the back of the unit. Which means I had to guess that it would work with my TV. It did not and I had to buy an adapter. Although I found the best price through Computers4 sure, i'm somewhat disappointed that the mp3 player didn't work when it arrived. Customer service was quick to give an RMA number and return shipping label, but won't ship a replacement unit until they receive the defective one. That means that I won't have the product that I paid for over a week ago for about another two weeks. It's just highly frustrating!!! I do realize that the problems that I experienced are more than likely due to the manufacturers mistakes than anything else, but when you buy something new you expect to get it in a timely manner and you expect it to work. I am happy that Computers4sure is taking care of this, just not as fast as I would like. Read more

I had read many reviews before I made the purchase on computers4sure.com. This was a notebook, around $1800 in computers4sure.com, $300 cheaper than other places. I was originally hesitated to order on it after reading the reviews and complains.However, I can't resist the temptations for the fancy and super light notebook. I decided to try my luck, which turned out to be fantanstic experiences.
Before ordering, I made a phone call to make sure that the iter was in stock. I asked some questions about the batteris. The answers were inconsistent with the descriptions on their website: they said the notebook would come with an extra battery, while the website said no.
Because of so many complains about the delay of the order from them, I kept an eye on their order processing time. I placed an order at around 8:30am in the morning, they shipped out by the noon! The status changed every a hour until they gave me a tracking number! Much better than my expectations!:)
After several days, the item was delivered by UPS (free shipping offered by computers4sure.com). The outermost box seemed being weared during the shipping, while the inner case was in good condition. The notebook was brand new, with an EXTRA battery included! I think computers4sure.com should list this extra battery to increase its attraction!:)
