I ordered a Netgear Firewall/VPN FVS318. The order was placed at 3 PM on a Friday. The unit was shipped the same day and arrived the following Monday via their standard, free ground shipping (lucky for me I was only 200 miles from their warehouse).

The unit arrived in perfect condition without any issues. I had no interaction with customer service, so I cannot provide you with any insight there.

Overall my satisfaction with the purchase was quite high. I would put them on par with Newegg and ahead of Buy.com.

i believe they are intentionally misrepresenting their product availability and should be taken to task over this!they have placed on their site an mp3 product (as a back order) and given it a price.However this product is so new that not only is not it available here, it is not available anywhere in the world as it hasnt come off the production line yet?!Nor has the manufacturer given any firm indication as to when it will be released.As for the price...well they are guessing as the manufacturer has not discussed this either.

Problem with order was initially caused by a mistaken model number. I ordered a product. Then I receive a confirmation email. However, the model number was not what I ordered. Several phone calls later, and the solution was - "Wait till the product is delivered to see if it is the right one." What a joke!!! Then the delivery notification contained a tracking number link that took me to FEDEX website but FEDEX replied that it was an invalid tracking number. Turns out the product was actually shipped AIT Transit. Computers4SURE could not tell me this, I had to find it out on my own. A call to AIT resulted in me being told the product was somewhere between Florida and California. I did finally receive the product and it was the right one. But what a frustrating experience!!!

This company does not offer what it says it has to deliver. I ordered a product which was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. Its been 8 days and nothing! I am very disappointed. Don't make statements and if you can't back them up!

Ordered numerous products from them over the last few years. One time, they left out a color computer ribbon from my order. I called customer service and they shipped one out the next day. I had a Philips digital picture frame on backorder with Dell for over a month until I finally had to cancel. I ordered the same frame from computers4sure.com on Thursday at 1am and had the frame at my house the next day with free UPS ground shipping.

Printer was shipped very quickly. No problems at all with this vendor. Best price on the internet. They are owned by Office Depot so that gave me more confidence in this vendor. I highly recommend them.

The web site says the item is in stock but I get a back order notice at 9:30 PM the day I ordered the item at 3 PM! I look at the web site and it still says it's in stock!!!

Bought an Audigy2 NX for a decent price, plus got the $20 coupon discount (sorry, that one's over). Delivery was incredibly fast! I was impressed.

I ordered a Philips DVD player at this website. The price was excellent and there was 22 in stock when I placed the order, so I was very happy. The order was accepted around 1pm but the goods was not delivered the same day as they promised. Well, I remained patient. In the following week, everyday I checked the status on their web, which remained "in process". I called twice the customer service who sounded very much like high school boys, and they kept telling me the goods was not in backorder and it would be delivered soon. Then a whole week after I placed the order, the status on the web changed to "in backorder". What a surprise! I called the customer service again, this time they confirmed the backorder status and told me there was no arrival date for the goods.

The good thing is that I cancelled the order easily. And they didn't charge my credit card at the first place. At least they kept their promise this time.

I ordered a printer from them. It was not in stock and they put it on backorder, even though they said it was in stock at the time of ordering. Five days later they shipped even though I had sent them a cancelation email and recieved confirmation of that cancellation. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Phone calls did not work and customer service was abysmal.

I am very disappointed in this company. First they never sent me an email to retrieve my payment option (they were supposed to, but I had to call them when the status of my order never changed). Then I got an email 2 days later that the item was on backorder. After 3 weeks and another email stating the item was still on backorder, I finally canceled the order. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Check their returns policy carefully! Many items they sell cannot be returned under any circumstance even if it was never opened or unpacked.

What's more unless you specifically go hunting for it their policy is not evident.

I ordered an AGP card, according to their site info, but my receipt said PCI. I called them and they assured me it was AGP. I got the card and it was PCI, and they don't sell the AGP version. I found an equivelent card, but they wanted 3-5 days to generate an RMA number, then I ship the card back and they would send the new one. So I returned it. Shipping was prompt and customer service was friendly, but overall a bad experience for me.

I bought an MP3 player three months ago and received it within a week. I just ordered a Super-G router and three adapter cards and they were here within four days. They always seem to be in the lowest three prices on Internet searches and their service is outstanding. I have never had to return anything so I can't judge their service returns but they get an A on all services I have used.

Ordered an in stock, Microtek 6800 scanner, Nov 25th. All accomplished on-line. It was delivered on Dec 2nd, 7 days later, to my Arizona personal address. Speedy ground service even though it was over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

I ordered a laptop which was in stock. They claimed to have 158 and said the order would ship within 48 hours. When it didn't ship and there quantity on hand dropped to zero I called and asked for a status. They now claimed the laptop was back ordered and wouldn't be available for three weeks.

The next day their website was claiming to have 146 in stock with 48 hour shipment available so I called again. This time they claimed to have just received in a shipment... But what do you know, my laptop was still on back order and would not ship for three weeks.

Had I know the actual back order level I would not have placed an order with them. Having talked with 4sure.com several times I do believe they were intentionally placing inaccurate information on their web site.

My normal supplier had been honest about the back order problem so had lost my business to 4sure.com which repeatedly claimed to have stock.

The Monday before Father's Day, I belatedly decided to order my husband a CD burner he had been wanting. The price at Computers4Sure was much lower than another company's catalog where he had originally seen the same item. I thought it was doubtful that I would receive my order in time for Father's Day -- especially since the website indicated only two were in stock -- but maybe I could wrap up a photo of the item to give him in the meantime. Within five hours of placing my order, I received an e-mail that my order had been SHIPPED, with a link to track the shipment. I was thrilled when my order arrived that Friday, enabling me to give a timely gift! (This was with their FREE ground shipping, from California to Maryland!) My husband loves the product and it works great!

I placed my order using my name as shown on my credit card.When I received the order confirmation, they had "butchered" my name. I called customer service and they said they never change the name. They said I was the one that did it. I heard this from three customer service people, and a supervisor. They were all very argumentative, and said I would have to cancel the order if I wanted to change the name. They do not belong in a "Customer Care" department. I finally got hold of another supervisor that was very helpful. She said yes, they had made the name change, cancelled the order, and re-entered it. I placed the order knowing it was on backorder. We shall see what happens next!

This is an outstanding store!! Ordered the product late Saturday night, and received it Tuesday. They shipped it Monday, like they said they would, (next business day) and it came the day after. CANT BEAT THAT!! They are an amazing store...the product I received came just like they said it would. They have a thirty day return policy also.

Excellent customer service. I ordered an Cisco Aironet 1100 Access Point and Dlink AirPlusXtremeG Access Point bundle. You can't beat their prices. Even though the customer service rep. can't answer technical questions, but they do their best trying to find an answer for you. My only very minor complaint is that they didn't offered manufacture maintenance contract, when inquired about it, no one know what I was talking about. But overall I am quite satisfy with my experience with Computer4SURE.

The scanner arrived 2 days after ordering. Immediate confirmation. Free ground delivery was an attractive incentive. I would order from them again.

They were very accurate in describing the operation of the CanoScan 5000F. They shipped it promptly. It arrived on time.

I installed the software and pushed the scanner buttons.

It is the best of the three scanners I had tried -- by a very long way. It is truly plug-n-play.

Having chosen standard shipping, I was quite pleased to have a prompt delivery from this store. No issues with the wrong model being shipped. The price was definitely one of the lowest out there for my Rio Karma. I would recommend this store to anyone, since I had no problems.

I ordered my product Friday morning (3:00am EST). Their site states that orders received before 4pm will ship the same day as long as it is not in-stock. My product was in-stock and still hasn't shipped as of Saturday. I also chose FedEx priority overnight because in the shipping descriptions it clearly states that there are Saturday deliveries before 1:30. Well, since my product would not be arriving on Saturday and hadn't shipped I called them to try and change my shipping rate to something way less expensive (since I'm not getting what I paid for). The gentleman on the phone said that the product hadn't shipped (strike 1), they also don't have a Saturday agreement for shipping (strike 2), and they would not change my shipping rate to something like UPS ground (strike 3). They could at least have changed my shipping since it hadn't shipped. I will never shop at this place again and I will recommend to all my computer purchasing friends ( I have a lot of them) to do the same. You blew it Computeraren't4SURE.

I made my order yesterday afternoon and it was delivered to my home today in perfect condition. The product was purchased at the cheapest price of any other online merchant and my shipping was free (standard ground). They sent me e-mails letting me know my order had been processed and shipped (both withing 4 hours of my purchase). I am extremely pleased with this merchant and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I ordered a laptop from Computers4Sure.com that I had seen advertised consistently at the same price for a minimum of 3 days. I later discovered that my order was cancelled. Upon inquiry, the customer service told me this:
"As our Company Policy clearly states, '… While Computers4Sure tries in
good faith to make sure that the information displayed is accurate, they are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies…' We are sorry for not being able to honor your purchase."

After further investigation, I discovered that the Better Business Bureau states that Computers4Sure.com has an unsatisfactory record within their system.

So, basically, their "clear" company policy is that you can shop and buy -- just don't be 100% counting on the fact that you will indeed get everything that you buy. THAT is terrible.

The item actually arrived before their online system said it was shipped. Annoying, but acceptable. I've used them many times before, and I'll used them many times more.

Computers4Sure shipped me a defective Panasonic DMR-E75V. It was DOA. They refused to exchange it for a working product, hiding behind 'Panasonic's policy' that I take it to a service center. Right, I do my part as promised, a defective product is sent, and I am supposed to spend over 100 miles in gasoline, plus my time, plus having to wait who knows how long to receive the repaired item, and for what reason? Because Computers4Sure decides to hide behind Panasonic's skirt.

I bought the product from Computers4Sure, not Panasonic, and I hold them accountable -- not that the product was DOA, but that the product that fulfilled my order did not work. They should have exchange it and worked out the details with Panasonic.

Computers4sure had a deal on a laptop and it canceled my order without any reason. I saw in a forum that it canceled almost everybody's order. They made a false advertisement and they should be responsible for that, not me. Because of them, I missed other deals on computers.
