Painless transaction, great shipping

I ordered a Netgear Firewall/VPN FVS318. The order was placed at 3 PM on a Friday. The unit was shipped the same day and arrived the following Monday via their standard, free ground shipping (lucky for me I was only 200 miles from their warehouse).
The unit arrived in perfect condition without any issues. I had no interaction with customer service, so I cannot provide you with any insight there.
Overall my satisfaction with the purchase was quite high. I would put them on par with Newegg and ahead of Buy.com.

i believe they are intentionally misrepresenting their product availability and should be taken to task over this!they have placed on their site an mp3 product (as a back order) and given it a price.However this product is so new that not only is not it available here, it is not available anywhere in the world as it hasnt come off the production line yet?!Nor has the manufacturer given any firm indication as to when it will be released.As for the price...well they are guessing as the manufacturer has not discussed this either.

Poor support on order and delivery

Problem with order was initially caused by a mistaken model number. I ordered a product. Then I receive a confirmation email. However, the model number was not what I ordered. Several phone calls later, and the solution was - "Wait till the product is delivered to see if it is the right one." What a joke!!! Then the delivery notification contained a tracking number link that took me to FEDEX website but FEDEX replied that it was an invalid tracking number. Turns out the product was actually shipped AIT Transit. Computers4SURE could not tell me this, I had to find it out on my own. A call to AIT resulted in me being told the product was somewhere between Florida and California. I did finally receive the product and it was the right one. But what a frustrating experience!!!

This company does not offer what it says it has to deliver. I ordered a product which was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. Its been 8 days and nothing! I am very disappointed. Don't make statements and if you can't back them up!

Ordered numerous products from them over the last few years. One time, they left out a color computer ribbon from my order. I called customer service and they shipped one out the next day. I had a Philips digital picture frame on backorder with Dell for over a month until I finally had to cancel. I ordered the same frame from computers4sure.com on Thursday at 1am and had the frame at my house the next day with free UPS ground shipping.

The web site says the item is in stock but I get a back order notice at 9:30 PM the day I ordered the item at 3 PM! I look at the web site and it still says it's in stock!!!

Order cancellation was executed immediately

I ordered a Philips DVD player at this website. The price was excellent and there was 22 in stock when I placed the order, so I was very happy. The order was accepted around 1pm but the goods was not delivered the same day as they promised. Well, I remained patient. In the following week, everyday I checked the status on their web, which remained "in process". I called twice the customer service who sounded very much like high school boys, and they kept telling me the goods was not in backorder and it would be delivered soon. Then a whole week after I placed the order, the status on the web changed to "in backorder". What a surprise! I called the customer service again, this time they confirmed the backorder status and told me there was no arrival date for the goods.
The good thing is that I cancelled the order easily. And they didn't charge my credit card at the first place. At least they kept their promise this time.

VERY POOR

I ordered a printer from them. It was not in stock and they put it on backorder, even though they said it was in stock at the time of ordering. Five days later they shipped even though I had sent them a cancelation email and recieved confirmation of that cancellation. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Phone calls did not work and customer service was abysmal.

Bad ordering experience and false status of item (not in stock).

I am very disappointed in this company. First they never sent me an email to retrieve my payment option (they were supposed to, but I had to call them when the status of my order never changed). Then I got an email 2 days later that the item was on backorder. After 3 weeks and another email stating the item was still on backorder, I finally canceled the order. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Check their returns policy carefully! Many items they sell cannot be returned under any circumstance even if it was never opened or unpacked.
What's more unless you specifically go hunting for it their policy is not evident.

Bad information and bad return policy

I ordered an AGP card, according to their site info, but my receipt said PCI. I called them and they assured me it was AGP. I got the card and it was PCI, and they don't sell the AGP version. I found an equivelent card, but they wanted 3-5 days to generate an RMA number, then I ship the card back and they would send the new one. So I returned it. Shipping was prompt and customer service was friendly, but overall a bad experience for me.
