I ordered a Kodak camera online after checking prices - this being a camera with a dock, for the price of a refurbished model without a dock on other websites. A few dollars extra was worth it to get a brand new camera. I ordered the camera a few days before the end of June, and the camera arrived the first week of July - in plenty of time for the 4th! The confirmation from Costco gave me a tracking number for UPS and I was able to track the camera. It took Costco two days to ship it after the order, but UPS got it to me via ground in two days. Ordering was easy, the shipment was accurate, and I found online what was not in the local store.

The only one of a dozen on-line stores I used for ordering Christmas gifts that charged sales tax. Yea, I know the scoop - they have a store in New York so they have to. Tell it to your butcher. The also had the highest charge for shipping by a mile. And thanks for spoiling the surprise for my wife's gift - they just slap a shipping label on whatever you order and ship it instead of packing it inside of a plain box. Dopes.

Low prices - NOT, after you add the sales tax and ridiculous shipping charges.

I purchased a comforter for my bed through Costco.com. It was delivered within a week. I ended up finding a different comforter that went better in our bedroom. The return was easy. I brought the comforter into a Costco store. They refunded me 100% of the money I had paid INCLUDING SHIPPING all in CASH.

Fantastic! I placed an order for a laptop computer on Monday evening and received it Thursday afternoon...in Hawaii. No extra fees to ship here either. I was sent a confirmation email right away. I followed each step of the process on the UPS link that was sent to me. I was even sent an email before it arrived saying if I had any trouble setting up the new computer please call the toll free number and they would help me through it. I have never had such a good experience with anything I have ordered. Usually (from other companies) it takes 2 to 3 times longer than they say to receive the product and shipping is at least 5 times as much as stateside.
