Best company hands down, No one beats return policy

I can not begin to explain my love for Costco and their online counterpart. They have the worlds best return policy. Keep the receipt for everything you buy from them because I have returned stuff to them 5 years after I bought it and there was no problem. Anything you buy online from them you can return at the store. Usually they dont even ask why you are returning it. Generally speaking if Costco carries it, it is of good quality. You used to be able to return computers up to 6 months after purchase for any reason, now it is 90 days. Never a restocking fee. Love them.

I am continually surprised by how great COSCTO is. I recently bought a Sceptre 22" LCD display from COSCTO. It was delivered quickly and in great condition.
After some use I discovered it had a bad pixel so I took it to COSCTO and after about 10 minutes, walked out with a brand new display.

Worry Free Experience

I have always enjoyed shopping at Costco Online. I never worry about a Costco Online purchase since it is returnable at any Costco if I run into a problem with the item. Out of the dozen items I have purchased from Costco Online, I ended up returning one. The lady at the return desk was great and only asked one question: Is there anything wrong with this item? They will refund the shipping fees as well! This worry free experience is what will definatly have me coming back again.

Fair but Electronic Manufacture warranty extension stinks!

Costco.com ordering for electronic items seems to be a good deal for price's generally lowest over competitors. However don't buy any China products no-name such as Proscan. The 90 day only warranty policy with the Manufacture assumming a extended 2-year warranty, stinks at best. It has been highy difficult in turning around repair for the TV purchase. The TV stop working about 2-weeks after the 90-day Costco warranty. This seems to be Costco's means of under cutting the competition by minumizing their responsibility for products.

Average cost. Nothing outstanding. Much better off at Sams club.

Average but nothing outstanding. If you have shoped at Sams club you will be disapointed. The prices are not as good as Sams club. The selection for frozen gourmet meals are much less as well. However they did have a great deal on potstickers that were excellant. At Sams club you have to clculate in your head if there is a savings or not for the bulk item your getting. But at cosco you can see almost everything is average price. I hust wish I could get my money back for the membership. My wife likes it but she does not pay as much attention to price as I do. It still can be fun to shop there if money is no object, but if you are going for the savings find the nearest Sams club. P.S. No I do not work for Sams club.

Ordered a air conditioner, two of the four wheels were broke, which you couldn't see without opening the box. No response to several emails, just nothing, zero customer service. Do not use Costco online shop

Great Experience , even if item was wrong.

Ordered a Doggy-dooley from their website Costco.com
Item was pictured under Pets section & not available in store. It took around 5 days to arrive via ground shipping.
Item picture showed grey metal looking portrayal of pet dispose waste system, in actuality the thing was plastic & not a good value for the $.
So I went to nearest store to return item, only had receipt I printed from the transaction. Got to store- no problem with issuing me a refund. Only took 5 minutes to issue refund at return desk.
Will shop here again- no hassle shopping & returns.

Well the thing I like about Costco online is that in Costco you have to stand in the long lines or the other people run you over with their shopping carts but back to the subjects they deliver fair its normal delivery speed and customer service is fair and then Order accuracy is nice and is fair and easy its awesome I love Costco

I've been a member since the late 80's. That's about to change. Every year you get worse than before. I had hoped since I heard that the website was separate from the regular stores, it would be better. Fat chance of that. Thank you for sending me the wrong model of LCD monitor...and late non the less. That's it, from your crummy warehouses that were once great to Costco.com, may things go well for you. But I'll be canceling my membership today and will encourage my employees to do the same.

I bought a Delonghi Convection oven..Costco's price was 120.00 less than most websites and 220.00 less than others. It was easy to order on their website. I received my merchandise in approximately a week, but they had limited shipping options, there was no option of shipping to my local warehouse to save money..and their shipping costs were high.

Excellent Customer Service

The best thing about ordering from Costco Online is if you have to take it back they reimburse you for your shipping and handling. I was so totally shocked when they handed me the shipping and handling back because I returned the item because I didn't want it. There wasn't anything wrong with it and the store certainly wasn't at fault. Places like JCPenneys charges you S&H even if you have the item sent to their store. You can't lose by ordering from Costco Online if you have a Costco locally where you can return the item if necessary.

Best price; fast order processing and shipping

You do not need to be a Costco member to shop at Costco Online store, but if you're not you'll pay a 5% higher price. I ordered a home theater in a box system from them. They had the lowest price I could find. The order processing and shipping was quick and the order tracking via UPS was accurate. A big advantage of Costco Online is that anything purchased at Costco Online can be returned to any Costco store.

Integrity and Service

Last year I bought a Toshiba laptop from Costco. It was a terrible machine. Just after the 6 months Costco return ended the thing died. Toshiba wanted to charge me 50% of the purchase price to fix it - even after hey told me the repair was covered under warranty. Toshiba out sources this activity to India, so there is a serious communication difficulty and the folks there, in India, only respond with the canned answers they've been trained with. Anyhow, went to the local Costco, explained my situation. They promptly got involved. Got in touch w/ Toshiba and Costco management was treated the same. So, Costco VOLUNTARTILY gave me my money back on everything purchased relative to the computer and the computer itself. Not a store credit, but cash. Not the experience one expects at a 'Big Box Store'. That's service and integrity. Oh - try not to buy any Toshiba products to save yourself the trouble.

Very poor customer service and follow through

Costco.com may have a good selection at great prices, but if you have any problems with delivery or the condition of your item and need to contact Customer Service...forget it!! Not only do they not return calls or emails as promised, they are useless in resolving the problem. Most items ship directly from Costco's vendors so there is little that they can do except contact the vendor (another "customer service" person) who may or may not be of help. There is no follow up to make sure that the Costco.com customers issue has been resolved. I finally had to track down the vendor myself to get the missing part of my order shipped after wasting 2 weeks with Costco.com's customer service.
