Pleased at the fast time that the order was recieved. Installed Sirius antennae and it works much better that the old one. Unfortunately the patch cable does not work - only the left channel has sound. Not sure whether it is the radio or the Sirius reciever. Normal FM transmission works ok, however, so cable is not really necessary. Have to upgrade my media equipment someday - will consider Crutchfield in future. Robert

Pleased with the customer service, prices are a little higher than other web sites, but the difference was not enough to make me switch. Crutchfield site came highly recommended via message boards and forums that I used to research equipment that I was looking to purchase. Also, the ease of finding equipment that would fit my car helped to cement my decision to purchase. Have made additional purchase on Crutchfield for my wife's car as a result.

I bought several car and home audio components from crutchfield in the 80's and was very satisfied at that time using phone in. With the internet the process is just that much faster. This is a very reputable company, and would recommend to all who are considering using it. I will certainly shop there again for all my electronics needs. THE BEST!!

they dont charge you for shipping if your order is over 200 dollars, plus theres no tax, and everything ive ever ordered from them has gotten to my house in 48 hours! no other online retailer compares.
