Pros: Runs great (never freezes), awesome graphics, fast and dependable! Cons: Little things... the eraserhead mouse stopped working, for instance.
Although it was a little pricey, I think I got a good deal for my money with the Dell. The most horrible part was waiting for it to come in the mail... they have a tracking service, but that doesn't really help that much when you're impatient....

The shopping experience was okay but when I recieved my computer the keyboard did not work. Also when I tried to connect the new computer to my old dell printer there were alot of problems. I was on the phone with tech support for over four hours trying to get the issue resolved. Read more

The laser toner is not available anywhere else so I am stuck buying from them. Although the printer was reasonable priced, the toner and parts are outrageous. I will likely not buy another one from them. Read more

This was very unusual. I had forgotten to renew my computer warrantee, it happened to be due on our anniversary. My computer had been acting up and I put it off till the last moment. Some how my order did not complete. I checked on it the next morning and no confirmation e-mail. I went back online and reordered the warrantee; however, this time it cost more. The delay between the order and the actual shipping is too long. My PC will be shipped November 7 but was ordered October 23.
We are not talking about a car with EPA regulations. It's a small PC.
Incidentally, I checked "no" on question 2 not because I received it in poor condition, but because I had not received it yet. You should have a third answer that someone can check in cases like mine. Read more
