The only problem we had was trying to use our gift card to purchase the printer. It took time and a few false starts to find the correct site to use that allowed us to enter the gift card information. Besides that one thing, the site is well done and easy to find what we were looking for.

I have a computer that is currently still under warranty. I was on hold 3 times for over 1 hour trying to reach someone at Dell that could assist me. Each time I was disconnected with the person I was talking with. The service you give on the phone is absolutely horrible - I will never use Dell again.
I have not received the order I placed so I do not know if it is the correct item or not. You however have received payment for it.

I found looking at the Dell web site confusing and unfriendly, so I had a young man who is familiar with products that use Microsoft systems shop for me. He got me what I hope will be a good computer at a good price. It has not arrived yet.

Dell provided exactly what I asked for and I was very happy once I got past their weekend approval process delay. Since I ordered on a weekend and received my credit limit towards puchasing those products, it appears that a phone call was still necessary to clear that transaction. Once that phone call to me was made, processing went very smoothly and very timely (actually made it to me days earlier than promised so that was a surprise). Over all I am very satisfied with the product as well as their customer service (ok so I hated the prompt based system that sent me in endless loops but once I got someone on the line - things went perfectly smooth).

I bought this item from Dell because they knew, from my service key number, what my system was and what kind of memory card it needed. I appreciated this, because I don't speak "computer" very well.
