The quantity automatically kept switching to 2 sets rather than one set. Also, I put in all credit card info 5 times before it finally was successfully received. Each time I was told to check over my info there was nothing missing when I clicked "place order," but when it popped back out everything was gone and I had to retype it AGAIN. Next time, I will wait for my local Staples to restock ink. :-(

I've loved the quality of Dell computers in the past. This shopping was a bit frustrating because the order form kept changing the shipping charge without explanation. Chat and email contacts were unexpectedly terminated without explanation or original shipping rate question being answered. Then a followup phone call showed they were confused as to who had ordered the computer and where it was to be shipped. I have my fingers crossed that it will arrive as ordered and on time for my wife's birthday. So far, charge against credit card has been authorized but not debited so maybe they are on top of it. After the order was finally completed with email confirmation and cc charge authorized, I received an email from a service rep saying she could have completed my order with free shipping! Wow...I hope the computer quality has not slipped like their online shopping has.

Overall Good to Excellent experience. The only negative, if any, is in the initial tracking of the shipment which likely is shared between them and the shipper. Based on this purchase, I would have no hesitation to purchase from Dell again. Dell's pricing for my item was not the lowest but competitive but I was wary dealing with some unrated vendors so I chose to go with Dell besides it was a part needed for a Dell laptop so I felt it was safe to stay with Dell. I feel good about my decision after receiving the product. Based on my purchase, Dell was fine.

All was mostly 'fine', except for 2 items (which ended up not being problems, but are DISCONCERTING, during the order process).
1) Even if you choose overnight shipping, they say (in semi-fine print, that you will get it overnight when they ship: the important words being "when they ship". They could ship in a month or a day, but *then* you will get it overnight. I'm not as concerned, nor paying for fast shipping as *fast delivery* (which means it gets here fast!).
2) Their estimated shipping date was 1 week out from when I ordered. VERY annoyed. Turns out I got it 2-3 days later. This is NOT the 1st time they've done this -- they'll claim 1 ship time, then move it, then move it again...Usually with a long shipdate toward the end, then surprise(!), the package arrives early. Very poor logistics handling and setting of expectations.
That said, they *USUALLY* are good about getting items to the customer quickly. (refunds are another matter -- I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund credit 30-45 days before dell credited the item -- a total of 60-70 days after item return!).
