Pros: Runs great (never freezes), awesome graphics, fast and dependable! Cons: Little things... the eraserhead mouse stopped working, for instance.
Although it was a little pricey, I think I got a good deal for my money with the Dell. The most horrible part was waiting for it to come in the mail... they have a tracking service, but that doesn't really help that much when you're impatient....

I recieved the hard drive just fine, only I was unable to install it because A: No Data cable was supplied. B: I was not informed I would be required to purchase the Data cable separate. C: NO install instructions were supplied.

With the exception of an anoying single pixel that doesn't work right in the upper lefthand corner of the laptop screen, (which I know has nothing to do with the shopping experience so much as it does with dell's product,)over all I found The online store was pretty easy to navagate around. Found what I was looking for relatively quickly. It was Realy easy to use the online store I felt.

I am dissapointed in the time it is taking to recieve my order. I could have purchased a similar item for a similar price in a retail store and would have had it by now. It seems it will take over three weeks for me to recieve my order.
