I talked to three people about problems I was having with two desk top computers' delivery. No spoke English as a first language: It was very difficult to understand two of these people and hard to understand the other one. I am beginning to understand that I will have to learn how to understand people who do not speak English well, as they are a major portion of the workforce. I don't know if I will shop at Dell.com again or not.

In order to change the credit card used the Live Chat was absolutely useless and very slow. Having then to call in I was hung up on my first time and then transferred to three different people, all who required all my information prior to telling me I needed to be somewhere else...I was so frustrated by the end of the hour and a half on the phone with Dell and so unimpressed with their service that I cancelled the order. The person who took the cancellation was chewing gum in my ear and cared less that I had a horrible experience. Your customer service absolutely sucks and sadly I really wanted the computer I ordered and am now left trying to figure out what else to do...but giving my money to a company who's people are either inept or uncaring is too unbearable.

The link for shipping never was updated...haven't looked after it was received. Could be a fed ex issue or web-site problem.
I would have like to configure a couple of machines/models and been able to compare them based on features. Hard to move back and forth on the submit page...but finally got it order. I feel Dell is one of the best computer companies and wish their customer support was USA based.
