Well, after I filled out everything and gave them my credit card info, then they tell me its going to be 15 days before they even ship the product! Upfront they are stating 3-5 shipping days, and product in stock, but apparently its not in stock if I have to wait 15 days before they can ship it.

The shopping and product was fine, but FedEx makes the whole experience distasteful. For home delivery they sure lack any other planning or options. Est. time of delivery 8 - 5, for people who work that is so vague and hard to do. Called and asked them to hold package after 1st missed delivery attempt. After calling the day before went to pick up package and delivery driver took package with him for a second day. They even told me they couldn't get a message to the driver, what?!! For a company that big they should've come up with an better alternative for people who work 8 - 5.

Dell was competitively priced, and products were easy to find and sort through on their website. The products arrived a day before they were initially estimated to arrive. The only problem was that tracking was unavailable throughout the process.

I wanted to buy a camera and have it sent to my nephew as a graduation gift. There was NO WAY that I could make the on line ordering system do that. The help function was of no help. I had to cancel and reenter the order after several attempts. I finally just gave up and had the cameras sent to my home. Take a look at Amazon.com and make your on-line ordering system work like theirs.
