Pros: The best prices I've ever seen in my life!

Pros: prices after infrequent promotional discounts
Cons: dishonesty, not honoring quoted prices, overcharging credit card without consent, atrocious customer service
There's really one positive aspect to my purchases with Dell. I got to learn to avoid them by purchasing accessories, before being suckered into a system.
